Place an on-line order at helo.ca via the safety of paypal’s encrypted software. You may view our store by following the products links listed on the left.
If you feel uncomfortable shopping on-line, contact us and ask for ordering assistance. You can choose to shop with us by using Money Orders/Cheques via a printable one page Mail order form (Your order will not be shipped until the payment clears – email us for the form).
We accept Layaway (lay-by) both at the market front and online, the minimum deposit is 50%. If you are shopping online and wish to Layaway item(s), please email us with your order and how much you wish to deposit. Your merchandise will be held for two months while you make payments. The first deposit must not be any less then 50% of your total cost (shipping and taxes inclusive). You may cancel the Layaway contract before you receive the goods, your initial deposit will transfer into a store credit.

Canada Post tracking system is updated daily. Tracking information may not be available if your item was mailed recently. Click on the image above to track your shipment. Place the Tracking Number you received in you email in the main box and press track
To maintain a high level of service for our customers we follow our companies ethics from sale to shipping. We reclaim boxes and use FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or 100% recycled envelopes to send your parcels. Our all of our packaging is upcycled into a mix of styrofoam pellets and shredded paper. If you don’t wish to receive any Plastic, Styrofoam or Packing Tape please contact us and let us know. We are happy to customize your parcel from gift wrapping to shipping it out.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post and take approx. 2 to 10 business days (some exceptions apply). Canada Post costs are based on weight and size of package, therefore it can be more economical to ship a number of items at one time. Please bear this in mind when placing your order. If you require alternate delivery methods or Courier service please contact us via email.
Duty Charges; Customers are responsible for any duty charges. We cannot estimate the amount of time your package will take to clear customs.
If a product is damaged during shipping, you must file a damage claim with the shipper. We provide complimentary insurance the first $100.00 CAD of your order. Refused orders are subject to full shipping charges.
